For over 20 years, Rochford Art has specialised in the refurbishment of some of the most impressive residential and commercial buildings in and around central London.  Rochford Art is defined by its meticulous attention to detail, investment in highly skilled craftsmen, it’s unmatched specialists in bespoke joinery and uncompromising approach to quality.

Who are we

Led from the front by Founder and Director Vlad Ivaniouk, his high standards of craftsmanship, passion for refurbishment and understanding of design and construction have led to an unmatched standard of excellence across every project.  We have a portfolio of over 20 projects in central London and beyond including Mayfair, Kensington, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Clapham and Belgravia. We’re members of CITB, CSCS and Considerate Constructors associations and bodies. Our offices are based in South West London and we pride ourselves on our hands on approach and will always be available on site whenever we’re needed.

What we do 

Vlad has grown a team which includes site managers who oversee our in-house trades; highly skilled electricians and plumbers who are trained to work with the latest techniques including full mechanical and electrical design and home automation; decorators who specialise in working with fine wallpapers and bespoke plaster finishes. 

We also have our joinery workshop, Rochford Joinery, which enables us to deliver high quality, bespoke fitted furniture in-line with the project’s timeline and budget. Our growing team of highly skilled craftsmen and professionals also includes comprehensive audio visual (AV) technicians and marble sculptors.

How we do it

We offer a highly personalised service and every single project is overseen by Vlad with a designated project team working closely with him. From planning through delivery to completion, Vlad, will be your one-point of contact at all times during the project ensuring smooth delivery and consistent communication. 

We take a very collaborative and hands-on approach with our clients and our professional partners. We pride ourselves in developing lasting and trusted relationships with our clients, partners and craftsmen. We are delighted to be the partner of choice for many architects and interior design studios seeking to deliver innovative and challenging designs. We have also built strong relationships with a team of highly skilled structural and mechanical & electrical engineers and a broad and trusted supply chain. 

This comprehensive set-up enables us to deliver high quality and innovative construction and refurbishment projects to bring your vision to life and deliver on time and within budget.
